Once we have accepted your order for a ticket or tickets, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable.<\/p>

Cancellation or rescheduling of events.<\/strong> If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, you may be entitled to a refund. However, we are not liable to provide a refund for events postponed, rescheduled due to weather, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control. Your original tickets will remain valid for rescheduled events, and no refund will be provided. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used to purchase the tickets. Only the face value of the ticket will be refunded; no processing fees will be included. Our liability is limited to the ticket value.<\/p>
