4.00pm – VIP Guests
4.30pm – Standard Ticket Holders
4.45pm – Event starts promptly

Please either print your tickets or have your ticket open on your mobile as this will be required on the door.

Dress Code
We operate a VERY strict dress code policy - Minimum shirt, tie, dress pants and shoes for men. Evening dresses for ladies, or dress pants trousers and a blouse.
No jeans, sneakers, chinos/khaki pants, leggings, plaid shirts or scruffs.
Please dress to impress.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes, you must be 18 or over to attend one of our events. We operate a strict challenge 25 policy, if you look under 25 ID may be requested on the door. If you do not have a valid form of photo ID you will be refused entry to the event. Acceptable forms of ID include, a photo driving licence, a passport or a Proof of Age Card (PASS).

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can either print your ticket or show the ticket on your mobile phone, the tickets will then be scanned by security.

What is the refund policy?
We do not offer any refunds and tickets are non-transferable. Including VIP deposits.

Guest Notice
You may be searched by security upon entry to the event. Perfume, aftershave and glass bottles are not permitted and will be confiscated.
