How do I pay for tickets?
Once you have selected your tickets and gone through to the checkout you can pay for your tickets using a debit or credit card. All major cards are accepted. We use Stripe to take payments safely and securely.
I have paid a deposit. How do I pay the remaining balance?
Great news, paying a remaining balance is very easy and fast to do. Simply follow the steps below.
- Go to your account
- Click the orders
- Find the original order and click to see details
- Scroll down, and you will see the remaining balance and a button that says “Make payment”, click the button.
- You will be taken to the checkout and you can make the remaining payment.
I’ve lost my tickets, what can I do?
If you have lost your tickets and/or your order email you can login to your account here, go to orders and there is a link to download your tickets within your order details page.
My order failed but money was still taken from my account?
If for some reason your order failed, but it seems that money has still been taken from your account do not worry. This will be put returned into your account within a few hours.
The reason this occurs is when attempting to make a purchase, your bank usually places the money into holding until the checkout process has cleared. In cases where the checkout process does not clear and the order fails, the charge will then be reversed and funds released back to your account.
Failed orders can happen for many reasons. There should be feedback on the checkout page that will indicate a reason for the failure.
Refunds & Feedback
What is the refund policy?
This varies for each event. Please check the event page and/or your purchased e-ticket to see the refund policy for your event. Typically, all events run a strict non-refund policy unless an event is completely cancelled. If an event is re-scheduled, your tickets remain valid.
In the event that a refund is given, it shall be for the face value of the ticket only. No processing fee’s shall be refunded.
Refunds take between 5 and 10 business days to appear in your account.
