Dress Code
We operate a smart casual dress code. No sportswear allowed.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes, you must be 18 or over to attend one of our events. We operate a strict challenge 25 policy, if you look under 25 ID may be requested on the door. If you do not have a valid form of photo ID you will be refused entry to the event. Acceptable forms of ID include, a photo driving licence, a passport or a Proof of Age Card (PASS).

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can either print your ticket or show the ticket on your mobile phone, the tickets will then be scanned by security.

What is the refund policy?
We do not offer any refunds and tickets are non-transferable. Including VIP deposits.

Guest Notice
You may be searched by security upon entry to the event. Perfume, aftershave and glass bottles are not permitted and will be confiscated.

Due to popularity of this event we occasionally run 2 events in one day, approximate timings are Event 1: 12:00pm – 4pm Event 2: 5.00pm – 11pm. Your Tickets will be allocated to the correct event.
