What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions on which we supply ticketing services to you. We are not responsible for the events for which we supply tickets, and you should review the event organizer’s terms to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding the events themselves, including any applicable restrictions.

Why you should read them. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order. These terms explain who we are, how we will provide services to you, how we and you may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information. Once we have accepted your order for a ticket or tickets, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Our Contract with You

How we will accept your order. Our acceptance of your order occurs when we email you to confirm acceptance, at which point a contract comes into existence between you and us.

If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order (e.g., due to tickets being sold out or pricing errors), we will inform you and will not charge you for the tickets.

Your order number. We will assign an order number to your purchase and communicate it to you when accepting the order. Please reference this number in any communication with us.

We primarily sell to customers in the United States. Our website is intended for the promotion of our services in the U.S. We accept orders from U.S. addresses, and specific terms may apply for purchases made from outside the United States.

Changes to Tickets

Cancellation or rescheduling of events. If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, you may be entitled to a refund. However, we are not liable to provide a refund for events postponed, rescheduled due to weather, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control. Your original tickets will remain valid for rescheduled events, and no refund will be provided. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used to purchase the tickets. Only the face value of the ticket will be refunded; no processing fees will be included. Our liability is limited to the ticket value.

Responsibility to update contact details. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your contact information (address, phone, or email) so we can notify you of event updates.

Checking ticket details. You are responsible for ensuring the event date and other ticket details meet your requirements.

No cancellation. Once we have accepted your order, tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Your statutory rights under U.S. consumer protection laws are not affected by these terms.

No Use of Tickets After Ending the Contract

If you end the contract, any tickets you received under that contract cannot be used.

Price and Payment

Where to find the price. The price of the ticket is indicated on the order page when you place your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure the price is correct.

What happens if we got the price wrong. If there is a pricing error, and the correct ticket price is lower than stated, we will charge the lower price. If the correct price is higher, we will contact you before accepting the order.

When you must pay and how. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. No tickets will be provided until payment is made in full.

Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage Suffered by You

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage. If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for any foreseeable loss or damage caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Our liability is limited to the value of the tickets purchased unless otherwise required by U.S. law.

We do not exclude or limit liability where unlawful. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence and for breach of your legal rights.

Defective digital content. If defective digital content damages your property, we will repair or compensate you, provided the damage is caused by our failure to use reasonable care.

No liability for business losses. We supply tickets for personal use only. We will not be liable for any business losses, including lost profits or revenue.

How We May Use Your Personal Information

Use of personal information. We will use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, available on our website.

Other Important Terms

Transfer of rights. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organization, but we will notify you in writing if this happens. Your rights under the contract will not be affected.

No third-party rights. This contract is between you and us. No other person has any rights to enforce its terms.

Severability. If any part of this contract is found to be illegal, the rest of the contract will remain in effect.

Which Laws Apply to This Contract

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and legal proceedings may be brought in U.S. courts.

Ultra Events ticketing. For all “Ultra Events” ticket revenue, costs are incurred for marketing, training programs, venue hire, and equipment. Tickets for such events are non-refundable.

Table service. If table service is included, it is provided by the venue or an external service beyond our control. Staffing issues may occasionally impact this service.
